A friend of mine works for Utahs Division of Services for Disabled Persons (DSPD). Theyre in the same suite as the Division of Child and Family Service (DCFS). He says he has absolutely no respect for the way the operate (biased, illogical). One of his coworkers is a woman who, in her own words, defected from DCFS because of what she sees as unfair operating procedures. She (Ill call her Jane) told my friend that when women called them asking for free legal help, they were instructed to refer the women to Utah Legal Services.
