Privacy Policy
Last updated October 1, 2026. This policy explains what LegalHelp911.com collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices and rights you have.
Who we are and what this covers
LegalHelp911.com is the website of the Law Offices of Tyler A. Trumbach, P.A. (“the firm,” “we,” “us”), a private law firm at 3400 Lakeside Dr, Suite 100, Miramar, FL 33027. This policy covers the website, the forms on it, and the calls, texts and emails we send about a request you make through it. Information you share once you become a client is also protected by our professional duty of confidentiality and your engagement agreement.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address, and how you prefer to be contacted.
- Your request: your answers about your legal matter. On the homepage case review these are your situation, the type of matter, the state and county, whether you have a court date coming up, and whether you already have a lawyer. Other forms ask for the type of matter and, if you choose, a short description.
- Your consent record: the exact wording you saw above the button, the date and time, the page, your IP address, your browser type, and the website or ad that brought you to the site (for example, a Google ad click id). We keep this so we can show what you agreed to and honor your choices.
- Device and usage information: the pages you view, the buttons and links you tap (for example, a call button), the site that referred you, campaign tags in the link you followed, your device type, browser, screen size, language, and approximate location (city or region) that our hosting provider estimates from your IP address.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up for our monthly email.
- Communications: what you tell us when you call, text or email us, and records of our calls, texts and emails with you.
The site does not ask for Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, bank or card numbers, or medical records, and you should not send them through it.
Where it comes from
- From you, when you fill out a form, sign up for email, or contact us.
- Automatically, from your browser when you use the site, through the technologies described below.
- From others, such as the website or ad platform that sent you to us (which passes a referral or click id in the link), and people you ask to contact us for you.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Browser storage. Our own analytics keeps a random visit id in your browser’s session storage and a random browser id in local storage, to tell one visit from the next. It does not store your IP address. The case review forms keep your answers (never your contact details) in session storage, so a refresh does not make you start over.
- Cookies. If Google Analytics is turned on, Google sets its own cookies. The site works without them.
- Session replay and heatmaps. We use Microsoft Clarity, which uses cookies and similar technology to record how visitors move through the site, such as clicks, scrolling and the pages they view. The case review forms, the case check, and the thank-you page are hidden from these recordings, so what you choose and type there is not captured, and Clarity never runs on our admin pages.
- What we do not use. The site does not currently use advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or chat tools. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
Online analytics
If Google Analytics is turned on, Google may collect information about your activity on this site and other sites over time. We never send Google your name, phone number, email address, or your answers about your matter. You can read how Google uses this information and use Google’s opt-out tool.
Microsoft Clarity. We work with Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site through behavioral measures, heatmaps and session replay, so we can improve it. Site usage data is collected by Microsoft through first-party and third-party cookies and similar technology. Microsoft may use it as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Form content is hidden from recordings, and we never send Microsoft your name, phone number, email address or your answers. You can block or clear these cookies in your browser.
Information about a criminal or legal matter
Details about an arrest, a charge or another legal problem are sensitive. We ask only for what we need to understand your request and reach you, and the firm keeps what you send through the site confidential. Please do not describe what happened through the site. You can go over the details with the firm once it confirms it can help. Sending a form does not make you a client of the firm.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and see whether the firm can help.
- To check for conflicts of interest before we take on a matter.
- To call, text or email you about your request, starting with the method you chose, as the statement above the button says. We do not make prerecorded or artificial-voice calls to people who contact us through the site.
- To keep a record of your consent and your opt-out choices.
- To send the monthly email, only if you signed up for it.
- To keep the site secure and to stop spam, fraud and abuse.
- To understand, in totals, which pages and ads lead people to contact us, and to fix and improve the site.
- To meet our legal and professional obligations, and to protect our rights and the rights and safety of others.
We do not use your contact details or your answers for targeted advertising, and we do not upload them to advertising platforms.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with:
- The firm’s attorneys and staff who handle your request.
- Service providers that run the site and our communications for us, such as website hosting, our database, phone calling, text message delivery, email delivery, and analytics. They act only on the firm’s instructions and may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Other lawyers, only at your direction or with your permission, for example if the firm works on your matter with co-counsel or you ask us to refer you to another lawyer.
- Professional advisors, such as our own lawyers, accountants and insurers, when they need it to advise us, under a duty of confidentiality.
- Courts, authorities and others when the law or a court requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
- A successor, if this website or the firm’s practice is sold, merged or transferred. Your information would stay subject to this policy and to the professional rules that protect it. Text message opt-in data and consent are never sold or transferred to another business.
Text messages
When you send a request through one of our forms, you agree, as the statement above the button says, that the firm may text you about it, for example to confirm it, schedule a call, or follow up. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by calling (954) 444-6209 or emailing support@legalhelp911.com. Agreeing to texts is not required to hire the firm: you can call us instead of using a form. See our Text Message Terms.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other categories of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
The company that delivers our text messages handles your number only to send the firm’s messages, on the firm’s behalf.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message, or tell us any other reasonable way.
- Calls: tell the caller, call (954) 444-6209, or email support@legalhelp911.com, and we will stop. We honor requests right away, and always within 10 business days.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or email us.
- Cookies and storage: you can clear or block them in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Do Not Track: the site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is no sale or sharing for a Global Privacy Control signal to stop.
- Not giving information: every form field is your choice, but we may not be able to respond without a way to reach you. You can always call us instead.
Your privacy rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you, where it came from, and who we shared it with;
- give you a copy of it;
- correct it if it is wrong; and
- delete it.
Email support@legalhelp911.com or call (954) 444-6209, say which request you are making, and give us a way to reply. We will verify that the request comes from you (or from someone you authorized in writing) before acting on it, and use what you give us only for that. We answer within 45 days, or tell you why we need more time. There is no fee, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Some records we must keep even after a deletion request, for example our record of your consent or opt-out, records needed to check conflicts of interest, and records the law or our professional rules require. We will tell you if that applies. If you disagree with our answer, reply with the subject “Privacy request appeal” and we will review it. You may also contact your state’s attorney general.
- California residents: we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
- Nevada residents: you may send requests about the sale of covered information to support@legalhelp911.com. We do not sell covered information.
How long we keep it
We keep your request and answers as long as we need them to respond, to check conflicts of interest, and to meet our legal and professional obligations. We keep the record of your consent and any opt-out for at least five years after our last contact with you, so we can keep honoring your choices. Site analytics events are deleted after 13 months. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in a database that only the firm and the service providers who run the site for it can access. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot protect information while it travels over networks we do not control. Please do not describe what happened through the site.
Other websites
This policy does not cover other websites, including ones we link to. Their own policies apply when you visit them.
Visiting from outside the United States
The site is run from the United States, and your information is stored and processed here, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
Children
The site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through it. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s matter. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date. If a change affects how we use information we already have, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
